Stay close to reality
We visit the site, meet the people and understand the constraints before we prescribe a solution.
WHO WE ARE
Close to the
work. Built to last.
Seleste is an independent technology and engineering firm working across the systems that keep essential industries moving.
OUR POINT OF VIEW
Technology should
make people more capable.
We bring disciplines together around the real conditions of the work: weather, power, people, legacy systems and time. Good engineering respects all of them.
WHAT GUIDES US
Leave things clearer
We make decisions visible, interfaces understandable and handovers useful.
Build for the long run
We care about operations, maintainability and the engineer who inherits the system.
Share the hard parts
The best outcomes come from trust, candour and solving the difficult bits together.
